Gra jest osadzona na "Sanity Desert" - klimat pustyni i zdrowia psychicznego, które wyczerpuje się wraz z postępem w grze, można je odnawiać znajdując odpowiednie przedmioty. Tracąc "sanity" czyli nasze zdrowie psychiczne, środowisko będzie się zmieniać.
